How to reset password of a sponsored account

Log into the Identity and Access management system Web interface and go to Access management (the left-hand side menu).
Find the Virtual Organization via the Filter by name field and click on the row with the organization.

Select Sponsored members.

In the table, find the member and click on the Key icon.

Confirm to send the password reset e-mail to the user of the sponsored account. After that, the user has 24 hours to use the link to reset the password.
