How to sponsor an existing user

Log into the Identity and Access management system Web interface and go to Access management (the left-hand side menu).
Find the Virtual Organization via the Filter by name field and click on the row with the organization.

Select Sponsored members.

Click on the button Sponsor existing member.

  • Search for the existing user you want to sponsor in the Search by member name field.

  • Confirm the selected user.

  • Set yourself up as a sponsor.

  • Set the sponsorship expiration date. If sponsorship expires, an account will be deactivated.

  • Click on the Submit button to confirm.
