Search and display group members

This How-To describes the steps using the old administrative GUI used at EGI: https://perun.egi.eu/egi/gui/

VO manager/observer or Group manager/observer role is required.

This manual describes the way how VO/Group managers or VO/Group observers can search and display members of a group.

1. Navigate to Group manager section in the left menu and click on Select group.
2. Select the VO whose groups you want to work with in the drop-down menu named Selected VO. Once the groups are loaded you can select the group by clicking on the row with the appropriate group.
3. Groups detail page will open with the Members sub-tab opened or you can click on the Members option in the left menu. Members of the group will be listed in the table below. By default only members with VALID status are shown. You can show also EXPIRED and DISABLED members by checking the checkbox Show also expired/disabled members on the right. For groups containing thousands of members you must trigger loading of all members using the button.
4. If necessary you can search for specific group member using his/hers name, email, login or other identifiers. Exact match is searched for all with the exception of name. Fill in required search string in the search box and click on Search button. Searching will return all matching members disregarding their status (VALID, EXPIRED, DISABLED).
5. You can display members' detail page by clicking on the appropriate row. Members' detail page contains basic personal information, information about members groups (within the VO), submitted registrations and settings relevant for the group and associated services.
