Add/ remove group members

This How-To describes the steps using the old administrative GUI used at EGI: https://perun.egi.eu/egi/gui/

VO manager or Group manager role is required.

  1. Navigate to Group manager tab in the left menu and select “Select group” button.

  1. Navigate to Group manager tab in the left menu and select “Select group” button.

2. Select the VO in which you want to work in popup menu “Selected VO” .

3. Click on the appropriate group from the displayed menu and open it.

4. Click the button “add” and enter the full name/login/email into the search field. List of users will appear. Pick the required person from the list by ticking the white box.

5. After the choosing the appropriate person,

click the button “add” once more. A member was added to your group.

 

6. If you need to remove some group member, firstly search required person by following this instructions : Search and display group members . After the list of members is displayed, choose the one you want to remove and click the button “remove”. Member is removed from the group.
