Setting member status in VO

Log into the Identity and Access management system Web interface. On the homepage, you can see an information box with the title “Manager in Organizations”. This box presents you with a list of Virtual Organizations you are managing. Choose the desired Virtual Organization by clicking on the row with its name.
Alternatively, select "Access management" from the left-hand side menu.
You will be presented with a list of Virtual Organizations you are managing. Choose the desired Virtual Organization by clicking on the row with its name.

You will land on a base management page of the chosen Virtual Organization. To manage members of the organization, click on the “Members” tile.

You are now presented with the listing of members of the Virtual Organization. Using the search box, look for the desired member entry. When you have found the member of whom you wish to manage membership status, click on the icon representing the status in the corresponding row of the table (column “Organization Status”).

A modal window for managing the membership status will appear. Click the “pencil” icon in the row “status” to change the status.

Choose the desired status from the dropdown. Confirm the selection by clicking the “Change status” button.

You will be presented again with the listing of Virtual Organization members. The new status will be displayed for the corresponding (edited) entry.
