VO manager or Group manager role is required. VO manager creates a group in his VO and chooses a group manager for this group. After that, this group manager can create also another groups in this VO.

  1. Log in to the Perun system and then open the  VO Manager section. Click the button “Select VO”. Now you can see the list of the VOs under your administration. You can also search between them by typing the name of some VO to the searching field. Choose the required VO, in which you would like to create a new group. There will appear a new panel with the VO settings bookmarks.

2. Please click on the  “Create group” button inside the Overview bookmark.

3. A new dialog window will display and you can insert:

  • Name: Please insert a name of your new group.

  • Description: Here you can insert your own group description to specify its purpose.

  • As sub-group: You can check this if you wish to make this group as a subgroup of any existing group from this VO. Then you can choose the parent group of your newly created group from the scrolling menu in the Parent group field.

Once you finished previous steps, click on the  “Create” button.
